5 G technology now requires more cellular coverage than provided by cellular towers.   CMS has partnered with a Tower Company, who has secured a contract with one of the largest phone networks.  We can offer all billboard vendors additional monthly revenue on all billboard locations which meet the unfilled network coverage requirements.   Compensation will be a minimum of $500 per month, increasing 3% annually per location, with all installation, expenses and electrical usage being paid by the network.   In the event that additional phone equipment is added to the site, the compensation will increase.    All locations will need to have a remaining lease term of forty (40) years, and not be subject to development clauses.  All the equipment will be mounted to the vertical monopole in patented cabinets designed by CMS, who's sister company has operated billboards since 1988.    Please submit your locations on the spreadsheet under "Information" and send them to championmediaservices@gmail.com.
